How should I choose between these options?

If you have specific questions and want direct answers, a 30-minute call is the best fit. If price is your first concern, start with the calculator. If you want to see how our reports look in practice, open the demo. If you'd rather work at your own pace with your own data, download the CFO tools. The options aren't mutually exclusive — most clients first look at the calculator or the demo and book a call only afterwards.

What if Capila isn't the right solution for our company?

We'll tell you so openly and recommend a partner who specializes in the type of work you need. The goal of the call isn't to close an engagement at all costs, but to point you to where you'll get the best value.

What if I just want to look around without calling?

Tools like the demo and the calculator are available right away, free of charge. You only leave your e-mail if you want to send yourself a PDF with the details of the estimate.

How quickly will you respond after I book a call?

The booking confirmation arrives by e-mail straight away, together with a calendar invite and a link to the call. On the day, we'll be waiting at the agreed time, without a chain of nagging reminders.

What should I prepare for the 30-minute call?

Ideally, a short overview of what's currently taking up the most time or causing the most friction in your finance work, how many companies you have in the group, and what kind of outputs you, your management, your investor, or your bank rely on. A rough picture is enough — we'll go through the details together.

Who'll be on the other end of the call?

One of the senior members of the Capila team. We'll go through your situation with you in person — it isn't an introductory round with a sales rep.

Is the data from the calculator or the demo stored anywhere?

The calculator doesn't store anything — once you close the tab, the calculation is gone. The demo runs on sample data, not on real company records. If you send yourself a PDF with the estimate or download a template, we'll only use your e-mail for that purpose — details are in the Privacy Policy.
