Is this your own software, or white-label?
Our own software, built by the Capila team. It pulls data straight from accounting system, normalises it, and visualises it.
Which data sources do you support?
Pohoda by default. If you use a different system, we'll review the options together — drop us a line.
Where is the data stored?
Your data is stored on servers in the European Union. All information is encrypted both in transit and at rest. We comply with GDPR.
Can anyone else see the reports besides me?
Yes. Access to Capila Reporting can be set up for managers, investors, the auditor, or anyone else you want to grant access to. For each person, you decide exactly what they'll see — from full access down to read-only access to specific reports or entities.
How fast does the data refresh?
The sync from accounting system runs daily. Whatever is posted during the day appears in reporting the following morning.
How does onboarding work for a new client?
The client doesn't need to handle anything technical. Once the first data lands in the books in accounting system, the Capila team prepares the accesses, configures the reports, and brings the application online. Setup and implementation are quick and run on Capila's side.
What if we need custom views or other data sources?
On request, we can prepare custom development — new views, your own metrics, connections to other accounting or operational systems. This goes beyond the standard service, and the scope and terms are agreed individually.
