General Terms and Conditions.
These General Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”, referred to in Slovak as “VOP”) govern the provision of services by Capila, s. r. o. — accounting, payroll and HR, tax and advisory services, the Capila Reporting service and related performance. They form an integral part of the Framework Agreement and the Order Forms concluded with the client.
The Terms are intended for entrepreneurs and other legal persons concluding the contract in connection with their business or professional activity. They are not intended for consumers.

Language clause
The Terms are drawn up bilingually in Slovak and English within a single document. In the event of any discrepancy between the Slovak and the English wording, the Slovak wording prevails.
